I’m particular about knowing exactly what I can and can’t use before I move forward with something, and the licensing info just didn’t give me that confidence. The pages felt too vague, and when I reached out to support, the answers still left me unsure. I don’t expect everything to be overly simple, but I do expect clear guidelines, and this was a bit frustrating.

I ran into a problem trying to get a download working right before Sunday service, and I was getting stressed. I messaged support, and they got back to me with steps that was clear enough to follow and it actually fixed the issue.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the first reply take a little longer than I was hoping for. But once they responded, they were nice, helpful, and got me sorted out, so I’d use them again

I’ve used WorshipHouse Media several times for church slides and countdowns, i’ve been a bit disappointed lately. There are definitely some decent resources on there, but so much of it starts to feel repetitive. A lot of the designs have the same look or the same overall vibe, so I end up spending more time than I’d like just trying to find something that doesn’t feel like we’ve already used it before. I really wish they had more modern, clean, and simple options. It’s still useful, but the lack of variety makes it frustrating

We used these with our Sunday church setup and most of the downloads worked just fine in ProPresenter, and even in PowerPoint when we had to switch over, which was nice because we don’t always have time to mess with extra tech stuff, one video did act weird at first and wouldn’t play right, but after we converted it the problem went away, so overall it wasn’t totally perfect but it was easy to use and got the job done.

I was able to get around the site easily, honestly. I was looking for some church media stuff and, yeah, the search worked well enough that I found what I needed fast. Checkout was simple too, not confusing or anything. It definitely saved me some time getting slides ready for Sunday.

I usually end up finding the seasonal church slides I need, especially around holidays, but it does take a bit of effort to sort through everything. It’s helpful, just not always as quick as I’d like.

Most of the time my downloads from WorshipHouse Media go through just fine. Every now and then, though, I’ll hit one that’s slow or just fails and I have to try it again. Not a huge deal, and it’s not like it happens constantly, but when I’m getting everything pulled together for Sunday, even a little extra retrying can feel more annoying than it should. Overall it works, just not always as smoothly as I’d like.

I thought the subscription would be useful, but it wasn’t really worth it for me. Canceling was kind of a hassle, actually, not kind of, it was frustrating, and I wouldn’t sign up again.

I was looking for something that would actually fit the sermon I needed, but none of the material really matched. When I asked about it, it felt like the response was just a policy excuse instead of any real help, which was frustrating.

Everything we downloaded looked clean on our church screens, no weird blur or cheap-looking stuff... which is always a relief. It’s also easy to browse and find something that fits. I use WorshipHouseMedia when I’m looking for church videos, and there’s definitely good stuff on there, but the search process wears me out. I’ll type in something simple and somehow end up with a bunch of results that don’t feel related at all.

The filters help a little, but it still feels like there are too many steps just to narrow things down. I’ll choose a category, adjust the length, click around a few more times, and still have to scroll through videos that don’t really match what I was looking for.

I don’t mind browsing a bit, but finding the right video shouldn’t feel like a whole project. For what the site costs, I really think the search and filtering tools need to be a lot smoother and more accurate.

Anyway, it’s not bad, just felt a bit pricey for the value
